1. Non-Refundable Services
Once you have subscribed to any career services provided by Bharat Career, including but not limited to premium job listings, resume building services, learning resources, or any other paid features, the charges are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether or not you have used the services, as long as the services have been provided.
2. Provision of Services
Upon subscribing to a service, Bharat Career will begin providing the relevant services immediately. Services may include personalized job recommendations, enhanced resume features, access to exclusive job listings, or other career resources. Once these services have been initiated or provided, they are considered fully delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you may do so before the services are provided. If you cancel your subscription prior to receiving the services, a refund may be considered, subject to our discretion and any applicable cancellation fees. Please note that if the services have already been fully delivered, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
4. Service Issues or Discrepancies
In case of any discrepancies or issues related to the services provided, you must notify us within three days from the date of service delivery. While we do not offer refunds, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify any service-related issues by providing additional assistance or offering alternate solutions.
5. Changes in Service Offerings
Bharat Career reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion. In the event of such a modification or discontinuation, we will notify you in advance. If a service you have paid for is discontinued and not replaced with a comparable service, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining unused portion of the service, subject to our discretion.
6. Third-Party Services
For any third-party services offered on the Platform, such as payment processing through Razorpay, we adhere to the respective third-party service provider’s terms and conditions. Refunds for third-party services will be subject to the terms set by those providers, and Bharat Career will not be responsible for refunding any amounts related to third-party services.
